 Ms. Lorraine Picard, CPA, CA Bachelor in Business Administration , has over 30 years experience in accounting, municipal taxation and financial planning.  She  develops financial policies, represents her city in various committees, plays an advisory role with the senior leaders of the city and acts as an expert in municipal finance and taxation issues at all levels.

Mother of a daughter with special needs, she became involved in various committees such as the school Governing Board, the EHDAA committee and various  parent committees .
