Two ways to join our 2014 campaign,
Wellness Challenge:
Improve your health while raising money for L'appart à moi. By using a pedometer, you record your steps for 50 consecutive days.
The challenge: attain the target of 10,000 steps or more each day and raise at least $1.00 per day. Get your friends, family or coworkers involved by soliciting them for donations or invite them to join the challenge with you.
Each donor who pledges $10.00 or more is eligible for a tax receipt.

The official Wellness Challenge campaign will run from September 4th to October 24th, 2014.
Please note: You can start early and start fundraising earlier if you wish.
I Lose, They Win campaign:
Back by popular demand, in this activity, you decide how much weight you want to lose and get people to encourage you by sponsoring a certain amount per pound or a fixed donation. You can choose to do this on your own or you can form a team and compete against one another or against another team.
The idea is to have fun while losing weight and raising money for a great cause.
